In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

The professionalism and quality when doing my roof were so impressive! The property was left spotless. There were no less than 20 men here working at once. Quick, efficient, excellent company. And they were nice too!

The roof came out well, a very satisfying result. I was impressed at the speed at which the work was completed. Including setup, actual roofing, clean up, and breakdown. I would use them again in the future without a second thought. All around a great experience.

Marshall is excellent in their work ethics. They worked speedily and cleanly. We have a Garrison Colonel with an addition. It is a big house, with eight rooms. They did the roof in one day. It looks great. We are very happy with the company and their workers.

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Marshall Building and Remodeling.! We have now used them for siding, gutters, windows, and now roofing. They are always so prompt to respond, and then start when they have promised. All of their “worker bees” are polite and such hard workers! They never stopped! After researching and receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to go with Marshall for our replacement of 26 windows and 1 door. In short, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Even our painter noted that the way the windows looked (even before the trim was painted) shows that the team who installed was detail-oriented and did the job right.

My parents were blown away that they didn’t have to put any money down for their vinyl siding job. Years later, I’m blown away by how beautiful it still looks!

Towards the end of November 2020 we hired Marshall Building and Remodeling to do a rather big project on our home. I want to mention a couple of things that we experienced to any prospective customers who may be reading this;

* Company practices teamwork throughout the organization.
* All work was done as promised.
* Marshall Building & Remodeling has work CREWS. For example, 9 men worked on the roof. It was completely done in 10 hours! The siding and window wrap had 8 to 9 workers.
* The foremen were always on top of things and always addressed any concerns and /or questions.
We are now at the age where the last thing we wanted to face was painting our house every 5 to 8 years. We wanted a job done right and to last. We got that from Marshall Building and Remodeling! Our house looks brand new! The rest of our comments come from the back of their business cards.

Marshall did our roof, doors, siding and gutters. Could not be happier with the work that they did. Each crew was very professional, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. They did not ask for any money up front and did not ask for a cent until we were completely satisfied with the work. And the work is warrantied for 15 years.

Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The Marshalls definitely try to get the best prices for their customers.

Excellent communication. Knowledgeable. No deposit is required, billed upon completion. I know a little about roofing, and I detected no misinformation as I had with a couple of the other roofing companies.

I would highly recommend Marshall. We replaced the vinyl siding and added trim to the windows and doors of our home. We have received many compliments as to how nice our home looks.

When Dave left our consult me and my wife knew this was the company to choose. GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!

The siding and window work done at our home, turned out beautiful.  It was a very large job for my husband and I to consider having done, from the start, but we are pleased we did.  The new windows will certainly help with our heat costs and the new siding is not only a face lift for the house, but a needed upgrade to the exterior.   The team was accommodating, hardworking, polite, kept work area clean at end of day and worked quality with speed on the project.

Marshall Building and Remodeling is AMAZING! We have been postponing dealing with our roof for some time, but this spring it was obvious that it really needed to be done. We shopped around but it was Marshall who came to our house, took cool measurements via photograph, showed us all the different materials and explained the warranties clearly. Not only was theirs an excellent price it was just several weeks later that we had a spanking new roof – in a day! We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result. We had all new windows and doors installed, new siding on the house, and rebuilt some of our existing back deck – and all look fantastic. From Joe who first came to the house for an estimate and scope of work, to all of the installers, Taylor who was the project manager and everyone in between was truly a pleasure to work with. We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam.
