I would highly recommend Marshall. We replaced the vinyl siding and added trim to the windows and doors of our home. We have received many compliments as to how nice our home looks.

For the last 20+ years I’ve worked with Marshall, they have been professional and precise. More than once, they have gone over and above attention to detail to make sure the work was done properly. I highly recommend them.

We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam. They even started within the estimated time frame. Five days later my house looks amazing! If you want your house done correctly you need to hire Marshall!

From the time TJ came out to give me the estimate till the job was done Jeff let me know what was happening every  step of the way the roof and all trim work looks awesome my garage has not looked like that in fifteen years. AMAZING COMPANY!!! From our first encounter with Jeff to our final encounter with Bill everything was exceptional. The men and woman that did the work – stripping and replacing our roof did a wonderful job in just one day. Our yard was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. The price was right on spot. Their office staff were very helpful when we had questions. We are totally thrilled with our new roof and would recommend them to anyone – we have a sign in our front yard to advertise their good work.

Every time we come home now it is like coming home to a new house. Our neighbors compliment how nice the house looks all the time too. We look forward to using Marshall again!

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Marshall Building and Remodeling.! We have now used them for siding, gutters, windows, and now roofing. The siding and window work done at our home, turned out beautiful.  It was a very large job for my husband and I to consider having done, from the start, but we are pleased we did.  The new windows will certainly help with our heat costs and the new siding is not only a face lift for the house, but a needed upgrade to the exterior.   The team was accommodating, hardworking, polite, kept work area clean at end of day and worked quality with speed on the project.

After researching and receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to go with Marshall for our replacement of 26 windows and 1 door. In short, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Even our painter noted that the way the windows looked (even before the trim was painted) shows that the team who installed was detail-oriented and did the job right.

Marshall did our roof, doors, siding and gutters. Could not be happier with the work that they did. Each crew was very professional, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. They did not ask for any money up front and did not ask for a cent until we were completely satisfied with the work. And the work is warrantied for 15 years.

The roof came out well, a very satisfying result. I was impressed at the speed at which the work was completed. Including setup, actual roofing, clean up, and breakdown. I would use them again in the future without a second thought. All around a great experience.

Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The Marshalls definitely try to get the best prices for their customers.

GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!

I had all of the windows in my home replaced earlier this year and installed by Marshalls. I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were courteous, on time and knew their stuff. The install was fast. I couldn’t tell they had been there when finished, cleanup was fantastic. In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result.
