I couldn’t take another window salesperson. The major difference was with how Andy Marshall came to my home – friendly, energetic, as if he was stopping by to say ‘hello’ – professional with a charismatic way about his personality, listening and not overpowering the conversation.

I want to convey my appreciation as well as my family’s as to the roof installation at our home your crew performed yesterday. We are a testimonial to those commercials listened to over the years. Beginning with your rep, who a few weeks ago clearly explained the materials as well as the entire process; he is the main consideration we chose Marshall. Moving on, yesterday that decision was strengthened by viewing the work of the team. Everyone was courteous and hard working, performing as if the property is their own. They in essence are Marshall. GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!

AMAZING COMPANY!!! From our first encounter with Jeff to our final encounter with Bill everything was exceptional. The men and woman that did the work – stripping and replacing our roof did a wonderful job in just one day. Our yard was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. The price was right on spot. Their office staff were very helpful when we had questions. We are totally thrilled with our new roof and would recommend them to anyone – we have a sign in our front yard to advertise their good work.

From the initial consult with Dave Marshall to the contractor Bob H, it was one of the best home improvement project experiences we have ever had. When Dave left our consult me and my wife knew this was the company to choose. Marshall Building was not the cheapest quote, nor the highest but after talking with Dave you knew exactly what you are getting. They are true to there word, not a penny was exchanged until job was completely satisfied by the customer. The work was top notch, would recommend to anyone.

In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

As a former U.S. Army officer, had I had to provide an evaluation of work performance, superlatives such as Attention to detail; No-nonsense approach; Prompt and timely work schedule; Positive attitude; and Master craftsmen would all have been part of the evaluation. Towards the end of November 2020 we hired Marshall Building and Remodeling to do a rather big project on our home. I want to mention a couple of things that we experienced to any prospective customers who may be reading this;

* All work was done as promised.
* Marshall Building & Remodeling has work CREWS. For example, 9 men worked on the roof. It was completely done in 10 hours! The siding and window wrap had 8 to 9 workers.
* The foremen were always on top of things and always addressed any concerns and /or questions.
We are now at the age where the last thing we wanted to face was painting our house every 5 to 8 years. We wanted a job done right and to last. We got that from Marshall Building and Remodeling! Our house looks brand new! The rest of our comments come from the back of their business cards.

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Marshall Building and Remodeling.! We have now used them for siding, gutters, windows, and now roofing. We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result. After researching and receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to go with Marshall for our replacement of 26 windows and 1 door. In short, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Even our painter noted that the way the windows looked (even before the trim was painted) shows that the team who installed was detail-oriented and did the job right.

We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam. They even started within the estimated time frame. Five days later my house looks amazing! If you want your house done correctly you need to hire Marshall!

If you don’t choose Marshall, you’re making a tragic mistake. And I’ve had a lot of contractors over the years. Marshall’s price is right and the quality is second to none. They stand behind their product and their contractors. I would recommend their company to perform any construction project.

The siding and window work done at our home, turned out beautiful.  It was a very large job for my husband and I to consider having done, from the start, but we are pleased we did.  The new windows will certainly help with our heat costs and the new siding is not only a face lift for the house, but a needed upgrade to the exterior.   The team was accommodating, hardworking, polite, kept work area clean at end of day and worked quality with speed on the project.

The roof came out well, a very satisfying result. I was impressed at the speed at which the work was completed. Including setup, actual roofing, clean up, and breakdown. I would use them again in the future without a second thought. All around a great experience.

Marshall Building and Remodeling is AMAZING! We have been postponing dealing with our roof for some time, but this spring it was obvious that it really needed to be done. We shopped around but it was Marshall who came to our house, took cool measurements via photograph, showed us all the different materials and explained the warranties clearly. I had all of the windows in my home replaced earlier this year and installed by Marshalls. I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were courteous, on time and knew their stuff. The install was fast. I couldn’t tell they had been there when finished, cleanup was fantastic. Dave spent some time with me going over not just window selection but also patiently answered all of my numerous questions. I don’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in need of new, quality windows, I’d do it all over again with this company.

Marshall is excellent in their work ethics. They worked speedily and cleanly. We have a Garrison Colonel with an addition. It is a big house, with eight rooms. They did the roof in one day. It looks great. We are very happy with the company and their workers.

Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The Marshalls definitely try to get the best prices for their customers.

From the beginning of working with Marshall, we never felt as though we were just another customer. We felt valued and important.
