We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result. We had all new windows and doors installed, new siding on the house, and rebuilt some of our existing back deck – and all look fantastic. From Joe who first came to the house for an estimate and scope of work, to all of the installers, Taylor who was the project manager and everyone in between was truly a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very easy to communicate with, and took in ideas that we had as well as gave great input on what they think would look best for our house. The crew was there right on time every day, very nice, and cleaned up well every day. Every time we come home now it is like coming home to a new house. I had all the windows and the front door and sliding door replaced in my house from Andy and Bob and Sean and his crew did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch work. Very clean and professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Extremely satisfied.

The roof came out well, a very satisfying result. I was impressed at the speed at which the work was completed. Including setup, actual roofing, clean up, and breakdown. I would use them again in the future without a second thought. All around a great experience.

My parents were blown away that they didn’t have to put any money down for their vinyl siding job. Years later, I’m blown away by how beautiful it still looks!

AMAZING COMPANY!!! From our first encounter with Jeff to our final encounter with Bill everything was exceptional. The men and woman that did the work – stripping and replacing our roof did a wonderful job in just one day. Our yard was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. The price was right on spot. Their office staff were very helpful when we had questions. We are totally thrilled with our new roof and would recommend them to anyone – we have a sign in our front yard to advertise their good work.

Marshall Building and Remodeling is AMAZING! We have been postponing dealing with our roof for some time, but this spring it was obvious that it really needed to be done. We shopped around but it was Marshall who came to our house, took cool measurements via photograph, showed us all the different materials and explained the warranties clearly. Not only was theirs an excellent price it was just several weeks later that we had a spanking new roof – in a day! We are buttoned up tight against whatever nature brings us, and our property was left clean as a whistle. Thank you for an amazing service.

* Marshall Building & Remodeling has work CREWS. For example, 9 men worked on the roof. It was completely done in 10 hours! The siding and window wrap had 8 to 9 workers.
* The foremen were always on top of things and always addressed any concerns and /or questions.

What a fantastic job from the Marshall Building & Remodeling Company! This is a great team of dedicated and professional workers. They finished the job with the lawn and gardens completely free of debris. The new roof gave this old house a new life of security and beauty.

Marshall is excellent in their work ethics. They worked speedily and cleanly. We have a Garrison Colonel with an addition. It is a big house, with eight rooms. They did the roof in one day. It looks great. We are very happy with the company and their workers.

From the initial consult with Dave Marshall to the contractor Bob H, it was one of the best home improvement project experiences we have ever had. When Dave left our consult me and my wife knew this was the company to choose. Marshall Building was not the cheapest quote, nor the highest but after talking with Dave you knew exactly what you are getting. They are true to there word, not a penny was exchanged until job was completely satisfied by the customer. The work was top notch, would recommend to anyone.

We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam. They even started within the estimated time frame. Five days later my house looks amazing! If you want your house done correctly you need to hire Marshall!

Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The roof replacement was flawless – they did a beautiful job and even installed a chimney cap at no additional charge. And the price was more than fair, very competitive with other bids. I highly recommend Marshall.

In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!
