Marshall did a fabulous job replacing our siding around our new deck. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend them.

In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

I had all of the windows in my home replaced earlier this year and installed by Marshalls. I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were courteous, on time and knew their stuff. The install was fast. I couldn’t tell they had been there when finished, cleanup was fantastic. From the time TJ came out to give me the estimate till the job was done Jeff let me know what was happening every  step of the way the roof and all trim work looks awesome my garage has not looked like that in fifteen years. It was nice to deal with a very professional team I can’t thank you enough.

For the last 20+ years I’ve worked with Marshall, they have been professional and precise. More than once, they have gone over and above attention to detail to make sure the work was done properly. I highly recommend them.

Towards the end of November 2020 we hired Marshall Building and Remodeling to do a rather big project on our home. I want to mention a couple of things that we experienced to any prospective customers who may be reading this;

* Marshall Building & Remodeling has work CREWS. For example, 9 men worked on the roof. It was completely done in 10 hours! The siding and window wrap had 8 to 9 workers.
* The foremen were always on top of things and always addressed any concerns and /or questions.
We are now at the age where the last thing we wanted to face was painting our house every 5 to 8 years. We wanted a job done right and to last. We got that from Marshall Building and Remodeling! Our house looks brand new! The rest of our comments come from the back of their business cards.

Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The Marshalls definitely try to get the best prices for their customers.

The most professional, service oriented group I have ever met.  New roof and siding work accomplished on time, on budget, and better than promised.  Highly recommend.

Marshall provided a fair price for the work that was performed, met the time commitments they provided both during the estimate and the installation (they never wasted my time), performed an incredibly good job (I watched), and did an outstanding job cleaning up the property after the work was completed, and they also did an excellent job communicating with me through the entire process.

GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Marshall Building and Remodeling.! We have now used them for siding, gutters, windows, and now roofing. These guys are amazing I would recommend them hands down, great to work with they get back to you promptly and do really care about there work and reputation. Marshall Building and Remodeling is AMAZING! We have been postponing dealing with our roof for some time, but this spring it was obvious that it really needed to be done. We shopped around but it was Marshall who came to our house, took cool measurements via photograph, showed us all the different materials and explained the warranties clearly. We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam. They even started within the estimated time frame. Five days later my house looks amazing! If you want your house done correctly you need to hire Marshall!

We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result. We had all new windows and doors installed, new siding on the house, and rebuilt some of our existing back deck – and all look fantastic. From Joe who first came to the house for an estimate and scope of work, to all of the installers, Taylor who was the project manager and everyone in between was truly a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very easy to communicate with, and took in ideas that we had as well as gave great input on what they think would look best for our house. The siding and window work done at our home, turned out beautiful.  It was a very large job for my husband and I to consider having done, from the start, but we are pleased we did.  The new windows will certainly help with our heat costs and the new siding is not only a face lift for the house, but a needed upgrade to the exterior.   The team was accommodating, hardworking, polite, kept work area clean at end of day and worked quality with speed on the project.

After researching and receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to go with Marshall for our replacement of 26 windows and 1 door. In short, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Even our painter noted that the way the windows looked (even before the trim was painted) shows that the team who installed was detail-oriented and did the job right.
