AMAZING COMPANY!!! From our first encounter with Jeff to our final encounter with Bill everything was exceptional. The men and woman that did the work – stripping and replacing our roof did a wonderful job in just one day. Our yard was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. The price was right on spot. Their office staff were very helpful when we had questions. We are totally thrilled with our new roof and would recommend them to anyone – we have a sign in our front yard to advertise their good work.

The siding and window work done at our home, turned out beautiful.  It was a very large job for my husband and I to consider having done, from the start, but we are pleased we did.  The new windows will certainly help with our heat costs and the new siding is not only a face lift for the house, but a needed upgrade to the exterior.   The team was accommodating, hardworking, polite, kept work area clean at end of day and worked quality with speed on the project.

We used Marshall to give our 1910’s two-story single family house on the East Side of Providence a facelift and could not be happier with the end result. We had all new windows and doors installed, new siding on the house, and rebuilt some of our existing back deck – and all look fantastic. From Joe who first came to the house for an estimate and scope of work, to all of the installers, Taylor who was the project manager and everyone in between was truly a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very easy to communicate with, and took in ideas that we had as well as gave great input on what they think would look best for our house. The crew was there right on time every day, very nice, and cleaned up well every day. Every time we come home now it is like coming home to a new house. Our neighbors compliment how nice the house looks all the time too. Thank you for everything, and look forward to using Marshall again!

In one day, after the best of 3 estimates within a month’s time, I now have an updated, smart-looking roof. It is warmer, upstairs and throughout house. Marshall even put up the chimney screen, after the job was well over, that I misplaced at the time. Very personable, and a very neat cleanup.

From the time TJ came out to give me the estimate till the job was done Jeff let me know what was happening every  step of the way the roof and all trim work looks awesome my garage has not looked like that in fifteen years. It was nice to deal with a very professional team I can’t thank you enough.

We’ve used Marshall twice, once to replace the roof on our house, and more recently to put a new roof and skylight on our detached garage. Both times they did a great job – very professional, reasonably priced and prompt. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the beginning of working with Marshall, we never felt as though we were just another customer. We felt valued and important.

As a former U.S. Army officer, had I had to provide an evaluation of work performance, superlatives such as Attention to detail; No-nonsense approach; Prompt and timely work schedule; Positive attitude; and Master craftsmen would all have been part of the evaluation. The vinyl siding job done by Marshall set a new standard for quality, excellence, and return value for my money.

After researching and receiving quotes from several companies, we chose to go with Marshall for our replacement of 26 windows and 1 door. In short, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Even our painter noted that the way the windows looked (even before the trim was painted) shows that the team who installed was detail-oriented and did the job right.

Had a great experience with Marshall building & Remodeling. From the first meeting with TJ to the final product they were very thorough. I guess the best recommendation I could give is that I would use them again, a lot of contractors you can’t say that about.

Towards the end of November 2020 we hired Marshall Building and Remodeling to do a rather big project on our home. I want to mention a couple of things that we experienced to any prospective customers who may be reading this;

* Marshall Building & Remodeling has work CREWS. For example, 9 men worked on the roof. It was completely done in 10 hours! The siding and window wrap had 8 to 9 workers.
* The foremen were always on top of things and always addressed any concerns and /or questions.
We are now at the age where the last thing we wanted to face was painting our house every 5 to 8 years. We wanted a job done right and to last. We got that from Marshall Building and Remodeling! Our house looks brand new! The rest of our comments come from the back of their business cards.

I had all of the windows in my home replaced earlier this year and installed by Marshalls. I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were courteous, on time and knew their stuff. The install was fast. I couldn’t tell they had been there when finished, cleanup was fantastic. Dave spent some time with me going over not just window selection but also patiently answered all of my numerous questions. I don’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in need of new, quality windows, I’d do it all over again with this company.

GREAT COMPANY!!!  I am very skeptical of contractors as most of the ones I’ve used in the past I’ve had issues with (showing up late, rescheduling, quality issues, etc).  Marshall Building & Remodeling has renewed my faith in dealing with contractors!!!  They sent Joe to review the windows I needed.  He showed up exactly on time, went over Marshall’s history, took some quick measurements, gave me a price and different payment options.  He was friendly and not a “pushy salesman” (was expecting “sign right now and we’ll take off ‘X’ amount” as other companies do).  Honestly this sold me on Marshall.  The next guy came to do final measurements- he too was right on time, friendly and quick.  The installer & windows showed up on time on the scheduled day.  He cleaned up everything at the end of the day.  Again, GREAT company to deal with.  You can’t go wrong with Marshall!!!

I want to convey my appreciation as well as my family’s as to the roof installation at our home your crew performed yesterday. We are a testimonial to those commercials listened to over the years. Beginning with your rep, who a few weeks ago clearly explained the materials as well as the entire process; he is the main consideration we chose Marshall. Moving on, yesterday that decision was strengthened by viewing the work of the team. Everyone was courteous and hard working, performing as if the property is their own. They in essence are Marshall. Before selecting Marshall, I obtained a number of estimates from national competitors as well as some local building supply outlets. Marshall was almost half the price of their competition. Additionally, the triple-pane windows we purchased were at a lower cost than was quoted from other contractors for double-pane units manufactured by the same window company. The Marshalls definitely try to get the best prices for their customers.

The roof came out well, a very satisfying result. I was impressed at the speed at which the work was completed. Including setup, actual roofing, clean up, and breakdown. I would use them again in the future without a second thought. All around a great experience.

Marshall is excellent in their work ethics. They worked speedily and cleanly. We have a Garrison Colonel with an addition. It is a big house, with eight rooms. They did the roof in one day. It looks great. We are very happy with the company and their workers.

These guys are amazing I would recommend them hands down, great to work with they get back to you promptly and do really care about there work and reputation. Marshall Building and Remodeling is AMAZING! We have been postponing dealing with our roof for some time, but this spring it was obvious that it really needed to be done. We shopped around but it was Marshall who came to our house, took cool measurements via photograph, showed us all the different materials and explained the warranties clearly. We had Marshall put siding, 2 new windows and 2 storm doors on our house last week. The crew of 4 showed up before 7 and worked until 5:30 everyday. I was so impressed with the work crew! They worked so well together, were pleasant, respectful and incredibly neat. They went above and beyond to make my house look great. Including cleaning the gutters, awning, ordering new downspouts and replaced the moulding around my new window. This process with Marshall has been seamless from our first conversation with Adam. They even started within the estimated time frame. Five days later my house looks amazing! If you want your house done correctly you need to hire Marshall!
