For our 40th anniversary, we want to capture 40 stories from past customers, members of Team Marshall, and industry partners. We sat down with Aaron Ishman from one of our favorite siding brands, Tando Composites. Aaron has been a dedicated partner to us and loves to see our finished projects in person. Here’s what Aaron had to say about working with Marshall and the beautiful Tando products.

How long have you been with Tando Composites? What’s your favorite part of your role?

“I’ve worked for Tando Composites for two years. Originally I started out handling Connecticut until recently transitioning to Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. My favorite part of my role is working with the great people in this industry. I have the opportunity to train both installers and architects along with working with our widespread network all over New England to help homeowners dreams become a reality.”

Outside of their relationships with customers they must have a great relationship with the vendors in order to continue to receive proper training and support.”
